In the name of Empowerment

DISCLAIMER - My actions, words, thoughts, dreams or even imagination does not intent to harm the sentiments of any party, person, caste, or gender. I respect and admire the efforts of our government in bringing awareness about women's day.
I see a lot of posts floating around on internet today in the name of women empowerment, and so I want to talk to a section of the society that TO ME, has badly misinterpreted the concept of empowerment.
Isn't there a possibility that you may probably be fat because you are lazy and your body has now started attracting other diseases as well. Or you may probably be dark skinned because god liked you better that way. And you may not have enough money right now probably because you aren't habitual of saving.
You can brush it under the carpet in the name of "embrace your flaws" but you will have to face yourself when your doctor says you need to loose weight, when your skin damages itself with all that makeup you got to improve your skin color and when you don't have enough cash to pay your bills.
Stop covering your FAULTS in the name of FLAWS and demand a pseudo empowerment.
God created both men and women as equal, only diverse. We are not meant to substitute each other, rather compliment together. We need not be similar to be equal, we just need to be given the same opportunities to prove our merit.
Those who need empowerment, men or women, are too suppressed to know the meaning of power.
